Replaces the whole item list. Counts are kept and re-linked by code, so names and Xero quantities refresh. Works with the Inventory Item List, the Inventory Item Summary (headers on row 5) and the Items import template.

To restore a session, import a Complete sheet export — it carries both the items and every count.

Update item list
